Dual Role- Security / Cleaner

We are seeking a dedicated individual to fulfil a dual role as Security Officer and Cleaner within our organisation. This is a dual‑function role that combines security duties with general cleaning responsibilities to ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming environment.

Responsibilities:

• Security duties include regular patrols, access control, front of house duties, dealing with and reporting ASB. etc.
• Cleaning duties include basic cleaning of public areas, identifying and relaying maintenance issues.

Skills & Experience:

• Have an SIA Badge- Essential
• Previous experience in cleaning, facilities, or a similar role is highly desirable.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong awareness of health and safety practices.

Reporting Structure:

Reports to the Operations Manager.

Full training for the specific site will be given.

Hours & shift pattern rolling 4 on 4 off. Monday - Saturday 0700-1900, Sundays 0930-1630
