Also, a video clip can be sent directly to a mobile phone or email notification so that every second of the day updates on any issues are made available to view.

Security Measures

Our control room operations include monitoring and analysing “weak spots” or areas that can be breached easily for any anomalous activity. Entrances, perimeters, and also parking lots are usually classed as high-risk areas that need close attention.

Control room operators have the responsibility of ensuring any potential security incidents will be identified promptly and analysed thoroughly. Any such situations will then be passed on to our response teams for further analysis and reporting, in order to avoid similar situations that may arise and to make improvements wherever possible.
