Job Purpose:
The Recruitment Administrator plays a key role in supporting the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a smooth and efficient candidate and hiring manager experience. This role is responsible for managing recruitment administration, coordinating interviews, maintaining applicant records and helping deliver successful hiring outcomes across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing and monitoring applications, ensuring timely responses to candidates.
- Screen CVs against role requirements and shortlist suitable candidates as required.
- Liaise with Operations Managers to coordinate interview stages.
- Schedule interviews (mostly virtual, some in person- role dependent).
- Communicate professionally with candidates regarding interview details, outcomes and next steps.
- Maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Support pre-employment checks including right-to-work verification.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records.
- Provide regular updates on progress of vacancies and recruitment metrics.
- Support HR Team with general administrative tasks and projects.
Skills & Experience:
- Previous experience in an administrative or recruitment support role.
- Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Proactive, adaptable and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to work well independently but also as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to take initiative.
