Hourly Rate: £13.12
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Grounds Keeper to perform general cleaning duties of the grounds around a busy shopping centre. This includes the external areas outside, the internal service yard and the car park stairwells.
Due to the nature of the work this role is best suited to someone who is of a reasonable fitness level and comfortable working in all weather conditions
Skills & Experience:
- Previous experience in grounds maintenance, cleaning, facilities, or a similar role is highly desirable.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong awareness of health and safety practices.
Reporting Structure:
Reports to the Operations Manager.
Full training for the specific site will be given.
Hours & shift pattern:
Monday - Saturday, 4 hours a day, 24 hours per week.
