Stamping Out Spiking Together 

Last week, Stambridge Group proudly took a major step in the fight against drink spiking by purchasing 300 spaces for accredited Stamp Out Spiking training, certified by Highfield.

As active members of Stamp Out Spiking, we’re not just supporting the movement — we’re empowering our team with the knowledge and tools to make a real difference. 

These training spaces are being allocated to our team, with a focus on festival staff and those working in licensed premises — the people on the frontlines of nightlife safety. Upon completion, each participant receives an official certificate, contributing to a more informed and vigilant workforce.

Southend and surrounding areas — we’re reaching out to all DPSs of licensed premises, whether affiliated with us or not.

If you’re interested in providing spiking awareness training for your bar staff and door supervisors, we’re offering a free opportunity to give your team the knowledge, confidence, and skills to:

 • Recognise the signs and symptoms of spiking

 • Understand trends and patterns

 • Know how to escalate and respond effectively

This training also supports your four licensing objectives and aligns perfectly with our Level 2 and Level 3 First Aid training, which we also offer.

As part of our commitment to Stamp Out Spiking and create a safer Southend, we’re offering this spiking awareness training completely free of charge — including a certificate upon completion.
