First of all, the necessary information for employment needs to be provided via a comprehensive online application form. This includes details such as:
- Qualifications and Experience.
- SIA License Details (Where applicable).
- 5-year Employment or Education History.
- 2 References.
- Criminal Records (Where applicable).
If the applicant is successful with their application, they will then be vetted to British Standards (BS7858). Candidates will receive clear instructions guiding them through each part of the process, all fully automated and personalised to their particular application.
Finally, once all background checks have been completed they will be invited to attend an interview with us. This recruitment process allows us to easily build an impressive database of staff that are ready for deployment at any time.
Having a large pool of staff available, we are able to carefully select staff members that are most suitable for the required job roles. This also means we don't have to start a new recruitment process for each job and allows us to assign experienced, vetted staff to many jobs simultaneously.
Compiling this database gives us the ability to easily provide cover staff when required as well as filling routine full-time positions. Our software also allows us to contact staff members and send them a ‘work offer’. This can be a really useful timesaving tool when replacement staff or additional cover at short notice is required.
As well as the systems listed above, we have created an easy to use application for clocking in & out which can be used by all employees. Any personal device can run the app - a laptop, computer, smartphone, or tablet. The app collects the following information automatically anytime a member of staff clocks in or out:
- Staff ID
